What does the deliverable for ALT-X look like? Ha! that sounds like part 2! I almost included some screenshots, but this article was already getting too long. Right now, it's looking like boxes (loops) nested inside of rectangles (common arcs); with the benefits that loops can show up across many arcs, and we can re-assess our own thinking in light of these as loops *learning* moments. "I know WE the business want [X], but what do THEY need to learn or want to do at this moment?" It's a great reframing.
